Hello peeps! Gonna be talking about 2 of my overseas trip!
First I went to Phuket! Stayed at my cousin's place that is located quite downtown.
I am so grateful that there is wifi there. What I did for almost the whole trip was eat, use computer, sleep... Because it's the monsoon season over there now so we can't engage in the awesome water activities like snorkeling, jet-skiing, banana boat etc.
But I was still glad I met my grandpa again, after 2 years?.. And it was the first time I went out with him!!
Ps. There's no picture if him because the only picture is a Polaroid film & they were so amazed by it I didn't have a chance to snap a photo of it.
Some failed ones due to the settings
There is pretty nothing much to do there except to visit the beautiful beaches and have a go at the water activities! And if you want to experience the nightlife, you can head to Patong Beach to club with people from all over the world! (I had a bad personal experience there :( )
Okay now the more interesting trip! Bangkok! I know almost the whole world has been there before but I'm still going to give some advice and guide for those on your virgin trip there ^_^

On the TUKTUK!~ My fav transport there! Always remember to bargain with the drivers! Don't feel shy to get off if you think you're overcharging you. Usually the maximum I pay for a ride is 100B.
Floral Frenzy
I decided I must get a set for myself after I saw Nina in this! Her face is so small omg I'm so envious :(
Bought this and wore it straight away because I didn't bring any clothes there! ( Other than my PJs ^_^)
In my opinion, you don't even need to check in luggages for trips to BKK. Just stuff a pasar malam bag in your hand carry, or buy one there if you wish.
As for food, I don't have places to recommend so I shall just talk about this seafood restaurant that is near Big C.
The service was damn awesome, to the extend that I felt uncomfortable cause all eyes were on us! Totally felt like royalties though.

Grilled platter, the grilled squid that can be found at roadside stalls are awesome too! But do be careful and don't be stupid to buy if it looks too unhygienic la. Singaporeans being Singaporeans, our bodies can't stand a tiny bit of dirt. We're like super healthy people. A bit also can get food poisoning. Lol
And this... Is the coolest bar I've ever seen!!

Took Scoot for our return flight! Got to know about this airline since I'm in a tourism course blablabla.
It's an really awesome airline & you people should try it!! Anyway my mum was being annoying... She didn't want to put her LV on the floor. She even said she wanna put safety belt for her bag. The air stewardess kept coming over to ask her to put the bag below. Haiyo so embarrassing.. And my dad ah... Wanted to disturb the air crew. He asked me "What if I tell them Idk the safety procedure, do you think they will redo the safety demonstration?" Oh my ...
1. It's actually the "baby" airline of SIA so the service was good!
2. Usually budget planes only has 6 seats but this has 10! Scoot uses a different airplane!
3. The ride was really comfy, coming from someone who is airsick..... It's like I thought we were in space cause I couldn't feel it moving!! Anyway yes I am airsick and I don't know how the lavatory looks like...... Because I go to sleep the moment I get on the place if not I'll puke :( Anyone has remedies for airsickness?
4. Maybe its psychological but I felt the seats were more spacious!
5. They have background music!! Wth! Which budget airline gives you that?!
Pretty air crew, excellent service, comfortable ride and the raw fare for 1 person WAS SGD 55 ONLY!!! (It's cheaper than Tiger)
The only downside is that they only have 1 flight everyday! And the gate closes 1 hour before. (Usually its 10 or 20 mins if I'm not wrong)
